Sales Conditions

  2. Shipping: At the moment we only offer shipping within Mexico. Times may vary depending on location and the cost will be calculated when adding your products to the shopping cart; based on the weight and destination of your order. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery by the shipping company or on items that we advertised as “back order”.
  3. Availability: All our products are subject to availability; if one of our products is not available we will notify you and will make a refund through your payment method.
  4. Returns: We accept returns only in case the product arrived defective or damaged within 7 days of receiving the order. The returned item must be in the same condition as it was received and in its original packaging. Contact our customer service team with pictures of the damaged product for return instructions at help@sylviaelizondo.com. Return authorization is required before returning any product.
